Pickup and Delivery Questions
We operate our routes Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays between 8AM and 11AM. If you sign in, you can choose from driver pick-up and driver drop-off times during these days and times.
You can get your wash and fold laundry picked up and delivered for as low as $2.15 per pound when signing up for recurring services.
We also offer flat rates for washing big, bulky items such as comforters. The flat fees on these items apply regardless of weight. Check out our full menu of laundry services and prices on our Pricing page.

Easy! Just click on the Schedule a Pickup button and follow the instructions.
Not at all. However, when scheduling your order, your must leave written permission and a detailed description of where our driver can find your laundry and where they can leave it. If we do not receive written permission to leave your laundry, then we will keep it and make another attempt to delivery.
Please note, your laundry will be in safe hands from the moment it is picked up to the moment it is dropped off. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOSSES AND DAMAGES TO YOUR ORDER BEFORE PICKUP AND AFTER DELIVERY.
When placing your order online, you'll find a section labeled 'Preferences' where you can list the tasks you'd like us to perform with every laundry service. Additionally, there's a 'Special Laundry Instructions' section for requests specific to the current order, such as spot treating a stain on an item.
If you have special requests that only apply to some items in your order, please bag these items separately, too, and let us know in your written instructions or preferences which bag contains the items for special handling. To minimize mix-ups, please label the bags, too.
No, you don't. You can cancel at any time.
When you place your order, we will ask for your credit card information. Your card will not be charged until your order is complete.
We recommend putting your laundry in a laundry bag or a trash bag that cinches closed.
Recurring customers will get their first order returned with a FREE premium Montecito Super Wash laundry bag, which can be used again and again when preparing future orders for pickup.
You can suspend your account until you return from your vacation. Just log into your account and put your service on hold until you return.
Wash and Fold Questions
There is no need. All of our wash and fold services are available with FREE pickup and delivery.
We use only premium products and offer a plethora or options and upgrades. Please see our pricing page for a complete list of prices and options.

No, we do not your laundry with that of other customers. We keep all orders separate for hygienic reasons and to help avoid mix-ups and losses.
Yes, we use industrial-strength washers and dryers to process all orders. Unless explicitly specified, we assume the items in your laundry order can be washed and dried in our equipment.
However, if you have some laundry you want hand-washed or air-dried, please let us know by inputting notes in the special instructions and preferences fields during the checkout process. We'll be happy to oblige to the best of our ability.
We can take any garments, linens, towels, and other items labeled machine wash and tumble dry. If your item in question is not labeled for these, then we cannot guarantee the outcomes.
We assume that all items you provide us are machine-washable and acceptable to tumble dry unless otherwise specified.
If you have a special request for any items you provide us such as separating delicates and drying on low, then please let us know by inputting notes in the special instructions and preference fields during the checkout process. We can accept most reasonable requests.
Please also bag these items separately and label the bag according to the treatment its contents get. This helps us ensure we apply the special treatment to the right items.
Laundromat FAQ
Daily from 6AM to 11PM. Last wash is at 9:30PM.
Yes, the store is open during normal business hours (6AM to 11PM) on all holidays.
Yes, the majority of the time. Attendants are onsite generally in the mornings and evenings to open and close the store. You may see them during the day, too, to clean and process wash and fold orders. (Did we mention that we offer wash and fold with free pickup and delivery?)
We also have a customer service line that is always available and very responsive in returning and message should you have any questions or concerns.
Our laundromat's washers and dryers are operated by tokens and the PayRange app. You can download the app and use debit/credit/EBT cards, bank account, and even cryptocurrency to load credits to operate our machines if using the PayRange app.
If you prefer to use tokens, we have token dispensers that take quarters and $1 to $20 bills. They will in return dispense tokens that each have a $0.50 value.
