Get laundry done with pickup and delivery conveniently and affordably. We offer laundry by the pound on an as-needed basis and regularly recurring basis. Save on each pound of laundry when you commit to recurring weekly/biweekly pick-ups. We also pick up and wash big, bulky items for flat fees regardless of the weight, too. What to Expect from Scheduling to Delivery

Getting started is truly easy. Here are the details in scheduling a pick-up with us.

  • Easily schedule your pickup online. Sign into your account and select pick-up and drop-off times that work for you. Then, choose from our menu of detergent, softener, and dryer sheets. As always, premium detergents, softeners, OxiClean, and dryer sheets are available at no extra cost.
  • Input any special instructions or requests in the special instructions fields. If you have special instructions for washing your laundry, please indicate that when scheduling your order. Please provide detailed descriptions of the items that get special treatment and the request (e.g. separate delicate items, dry on low, etc.).
  • Gather your laundry into a bag. Kitchen trash bags work well. To ensure we apply special requests to the correct items, please sort and bag them into separate bags. Also, please check your pockets and tags to ensure your laundry is machine-washable and okay to tumble dry. We will hang collared items free of charge but feel free to supply your own hangers and return the ones we provide.
  • On pickup day, our driver will stop by and pick up your order. They will transport your laundry to Montecito Super Wash in Santa Rosa, CA. We have our own safe and secure laundromat where only Montecito Super Wash team members will handle your wash load.

Everything will be professionally washed, dried, folded, and neatly packed. Then your laundry will return to you, fresh, clean, and ready to be put away. For a detailed description of how we deliver expert laundry care, please visit our wash and fold page.

Easy Pickup, Easy Delivery

Won't Be Home? No Problem!

Best of all, you don't have to be home for pickup or delivery. When scheduling your order, please write in a detailed description of where our driver can find your laundry upon pickup and where they can leave it upon delivery. If you won't be home for delivery, please be sure to include written permission for our driver to leave your order upon delivery. If we do not receive written permission to leave your laundry, then we will keep it in our care and attempt to make the delivery again.

Please note, your laundry will be in safe hands from the moment it is picked up to the moment it is dropped off. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOSSES AND DAMAGES TO YOUR ORDER BEFORE PICKUP AND AFTER DELIVERY.
